We provide comprehensive support for our customers’ manufacturing.

1. Inquiry

First make an inquiry via the e-mail form, phone, or fax.
If your inquiry was made within our business ours, we will respond within two hours.
Aside from monetary estimate, please also consult with us regarding any questions you may have about what we can process, and how much time it will take for us to create something.

*If 3D data is provided at time of estimate request, we will provide an estimate within 2 hours.
・We accept parasolid (.x_t), STEP, and IGES data formats. For other types of data, please get in touch with a sales representative.
・We can only receive solid data.
・If issues arise with the data, we may be unable to support your request.

2. Meetings

We will propose the best production method after listening to your request.
We can meeting via phone/e-mail, by visiting your company, or by hosting you at our headquarters.
We can sign a confidentiality agreement in accordance with your needs. If you would like to arrange such an agreement, please contact one of our staff members.

Meeting Example

Whether there are specific dimensions, blueprints, fitted parts. Whether 3D data is available. What is usage application? What is provided format? What CAD is being used? Is shape symmetrical? Whether the shape is under 0.3mm. Differences in similar shapes. Surface treatment. Resin type. Quantity. Delivery data. Whether there is ASSY information., etc.

3. Estimate - Order

A staff member will provide an estimate based on the confirmed terms.
Upon receiving verification of the estimate provided by our company, we will then send an order form via fax or e-mail.
After the customer has send the order form back and it has been verified, we will then commence with work.
If not in possession of an order form, we can send you our company’s order form paperwork via e-mail or fax.

Items Required for Estimate

Arrange a meeting with us prior to estimate.
 (Provide a rough sketch or mockup, or simply tell us what you’re hoping to create.)
Provide a model for scanning (physical item). (Clay or mannequin model)
●3D Data Creation
・Design drawings (PDF)
・2D Data (DXF、DWG)
・3D Data (Data Format: Parasolid, STEP, IGES, STL, etc.)
3D Data (Data Format: Parasolid, STEP, IGES, STL, etc.)
・Blueprints / 2D Data
 *If there is no 3D data, make a design and 3D data creation request.
●Vacuum Casting / Stereolithography
・Master Model
・3D Data (Data Format: Parasolid, STEP, IGES, STL, etc.)
 *If there is no 3D data, make a design and 3D data creation request.
  *We will punctually respond to estimate requests upon receiving the below details.
 Material / final degree of product finishing / quantity / desired delivery date, etc.

4. Manufacturing

We will begin work as soon as we verify the customer’s order form.

Typical Production Days for Various Tasks

Photolithography…Generally between 3-5 days.
We offer a 24 hour support service (ready for delivery) for photolithography. (Limited sizes and quantity. Desired resin cannot be selected.)

Vacuum Casting…Generally 5 days to 1 week. Shortest possible delivery time is 3 days.

5. Delivery

For delivery, you can choose to have a sales member deliver the product, arrange for delivery, or pick it up directly.
Support for next day arrival may not be possible depending on the desired delivery period and region. If shipping out from our headquarters, you can select between Yamato Transport and Fukuyama Transporting shipping services. (If you would like to specify a shipping company, please notify a staff member.) Data file delivery will be handled by the mailing desk.

*File will be locked when handling data delivery. Notify a staff member of your preferences at time of order.
*Shipping costs will be paid by the customer if the order cost is less than 10,000 yen.。

6. Payment

We will handle payment according to the terms of the transaction. Payment will be sent after we have shipped the product. Please make bank transfer to the specified account by the designated payment day listed on the New Transaction Term Form.
*For new customers, please note that you may be required to make payment in advance.
