CEO Message

This marks our first year of employee recruitment since our new headquarters was erected. Wrapping up our 15th year marks a new period after pushing through our initial stage establishing the company. Now we are looking for core talent to support us in the next 15 years. By holding multiple interviews for each candidate, I hope to unravel the tension an get to know one’s way of thinking, their goals, and their approach to living. I ask you to be earnest in the interview, since our company has an environment that offers many positive benefits to the employees. With your earnestness, we will also face the interview process with a sense of earnestness.

crossEffect is always working to create the largest value for the customer. All of our employees re aware that the value our customer is paying for comes from our quick turnaround. Our mission is to provide the fastest manufacturing process in the world, achieving our customer’s desired product. We widely recruit those who can relate to this mission.

I think that recruiting is the responsibility of the president, and I spent a large amount of my time working on recruitment activities. All of our present employees were hired by me, and I feel wonderfully proud of all of them. For this recruitment period, I am looking to find employees in their mid-20s, regardless of whether they are new graduates, past graduates, or mid-career transfers. We’re excited to find talented personnel who are passionate and positive, to help us in these next 15 years.

Work Hours 9:00 - 18:00 (Total of 8 work hours + 60 minute break)
Overtime available (Average of 20 hours a month)
Days Off Two days a week (company calendar conforms to Saturdays and public holidays)
110 days off a year

Remuneration

Pay raise (once a year), bonus (twice a year), full transportation expenses, overtime, meal subsidy, bicycle parking compensation at neighboring station, retirement fund, welfare benefit program, company trip (Australia in 2016)
